Can International students work in the Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½?
International students in the Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ can work up to 20 hours maximum per week during term-time and full-time during holiday breaks. However, there are a few restrictions and conditions you need to follow to be able to work.
Can International students take a GAP year?
International undergraduate diploma students can take a GAP year in the Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½. You will need to check with your Visa application and Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ immigration if any issues are taking a GAP year during your studies.
Can I do an internship on a Tier 4 student visa?
If you have a Tier 4 student visa, you cannot interrupt your studies and take a work placement or internship. You will need to look for alternative immigration permission to allow you to undertake work in the Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½.
Can international students apply for apprenticeships in the Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½?
International students can apply for apprenticeship in the Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ as long as it doesn’t exceed the allowed time work in the terms and conditions of their visas.
